Excellent! I recently shopped on line looking for a filter program. I found 2 websites that carried my filter size. At first I was skeptical about filter from Filter Buy, as it said after market replacement, and when I called for an explanation it was after hours. I placed orders from both companies thinking that I could compare. The Filter Buy filter came right away, and I waited several more days for the other company. To my amazement, the except for the color of the filter material, the Filter Buy it was exactly what he had gotten from the furnace dealer. As for the other company, even though it said it was 20x20x5, it was not true to size and was actually too small. I had a hard time with their customer service, but was eventually able to return it. Needless to say, i immediately got on Filter Buy's website, and order another filter on the auto ship subscription program!

My original unit came with Merv 11. Upgrades to the 13 and works great. Very happy with purchase..
