Filterbuy offers amazingly fast delivery, and high quality filters. But, two of our four filters were slightly crushed. Pre-shipping inspection of wrapped products could be improved.

I’ve been getting my filters here for a few years now. The filters are well made of high quality materials, and they perform better than the same grade filters at the big box store. I now have three cats, so I change my filters every six weeks. When I remove a FilterBuy filter, all the hair is on the front side. Nothing gets through to the back. Which is not the case with other brands. The price is not just competitive, it down right beats the competition. And that auto ship is the best! I don’t have to think about it, or risk opening the hvac closet and realize I'm out. And I have Alexa remind me every six weeks to change my air filter. I Really like that they’re made in the USA, and love that they’re made in my home state of Alabama. Every air filter sold in retail stores is made in China. The label will have a USA flag on it, but when you read that fine print, you’ll see “designed in America. Manufactured in China”. Whenever possible, I keep my dollars out of Asia. And because of that, FilterBuy will always get my business over other filter manufacturers. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their filters. Both of which are superior to their competitors.

The more you order , the better the price per unit. I've been ordering for a number of years and have been very satisfied. it's very convenient as one doesn't have to search for various sizes elsewhere.

Customer service here is top notch. We order many filters in a year for 8 different furnaces.

Our HVAC system uses 3 sizes of filters, of which none are sold in the local big box stores. Being able to get all that I need, from 1 source, for a reasonable price, is a great thing. We don’t use auto delivery because there is no option for bulk pricing for multiple sizes in 1 order, and although I use 5 filters every other month, it is the 3 sizes, and it would cost me much more to order that way. That’s really my only beef. The filters are quality and do what they are supposed to do.

I was buying local and got a hassel every time. I started buying online but shipping costs and damaged delivery's are up the savings. Filterbuy has brought back the savings and more than made it worth while. A dozen from Filterbuy delivered to my door cost the same as 3 from the box store of a lesser grade filter.

I ordered a quantity of 4 14x30x1 and 3 16x25x1 and received the opposite. When I informed customer service they apologized and sent another filter. The problem was they sent another 16x25x1 and not the 14x30x1 missing from the original order. I gave up at that point.

I can brag enough about the 16 X 24X1 filter for my house. To be able to order the filters and have a subscription to get the filters is convenient for me I don’t have to worry about scrambling and looking to find those pacific filters for my furnace and Central air. On top of me having my furnace ducks clean and adding these new filters it makes the air 100% better in my home during the summer and winter days. Would I recommend this company to someone looking for filters and don’t want to go to the store to find them and have them delivered yes I would recommend them excellent product and it comes on time exactly when you pick your subscription please judge it for yourself and see if you won’t be satisfied. Yes, at first I was skeptical to believe that these filters would fit and this order would come on time but after using them several times I am convinced this was a great investment and this company seems to be on top of their business.
