Honeywell 20x25x5 MERV 13 Replacement Filter

As I shopped around for replacement filters, I found Filter Buy. They offered a much higher end filter for a lower price. (do not buy off brand from Amazon...you may end up with a sub par filter) I ordered 4 of them. When they arrived 2 of them were 'damaged" . It appeared to be a packing issue, not a filter issue. I phoned the company and sent them photos. They actually phoned me personally and were going to send free of charge 4 more, however I asked for only 2 as taking advantage of companies hurts all of us. they sent 2 out immediately. This is a great company.
