I ordered an 20x25x5 but did not realize they had 4 different kind, when the new filter did not fit, I called Filterbuy, replaced it with the correct one for free. I will always use Filterbuy.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered this particular Filter. Both the Quality of the Filter and the Price are better than what my HVAC Company could previously provide. The filter fits and works wel. I wish the plastic wrap packaging around the filter was a bit more substantial, I ordered multiple filters and they will be stored for some time before they all get used.
