This is my second purchase. When my order hadn't arrived after a week (1st order arrived in about 3 days) I called and they had a replacement order sent out the next day with no hassle. The filters are high quality and the customer service rep. was very pleasant.

I mistakenly ordered a wrong size filter, a size for my last home, and called for a return code. I was asked what size I needed and then told to donate the wrong size filters to Habitat for Humanity. I took the filters to the HFH donation site and received the correct filters in 3 days. No charge.
