Q: I have ordered a 16 x 25 x 4 and the filter is not high enough. I have a gap that creates blow by. Do you make a true "16"

A: The actual size of our 16x25x4 filter is 15 3/8" x 24 3/8" x 3 5/8". If you'd like one that measures exactly 16", you can create a custom filter here: filterbuy.com/custom-air-filters.

Q: Do the 4-inch filters truly only last 3 months? I thought that the thicker the filter the longer they last, with 4-inch filters lasting around 6-9 months (depending on home air conditions).
