Q: Do the 4-inch filters truly only last 3 months? I thought that the thicker the filter the longer they last, with 4-inch filters lasting around 6-9 months (depending on home air conditions).

Q: I have ordered a 16 x 25 x 4 and the filter is not high enough. I have a gap that creates blow by. Do you make a true "16"
