Filterbuy Mini Split AC Return & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Orders cancelled after shipment are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee on unopened items, charged to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases.

Returns: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

All returns are inspected upon receipt. Filterbuy reserves the right to determine the refund amount based on the condition of the returned item.

Return & Exchange Shipping

Exchanges: If you need a different size or unit, Filterbuy will cover the return shipping cost and ship the replacement product to you. Any compensation related to the exchange — including partial refunds or credits will be determined at Filterbuy's sole discretion. Returns: If you are returning an item without an exchange, all return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Filterbuy does not provide return shipping labels. Customers must arrange and pay for their own return shipping through a carrier of their choice.

Opened or Damaged Returns: If a returned item arrives with opened packaging or shows any signs of use including scratches, marks, bent or cut wires, or evidence of installation. Filterbuy reserves the right to reduce or deny the refund at its sole discretion. If the offered refund is not acceptable, the customer may have the item returned to them at their expense.

We strongly discourage returning used or damaged items, as refunds will generally not be issued. Filterbuy reserves the right to refuse any return.
