I received my eight filters very quickly. However, two of them were crushed/crumpled upon opening the two box s.

The filter fits but just barely. It’s a tighter fit than the oem filter but with some work it will fit without destroying the filter.

the size I need is what I searched for and typed in 16x25x5, the ones I received are slightly off from those measurements. It would be nice if what populated in the results was an exact match to what was searched, not requiring the customer to have to read specs for each item that shows up. I use said filters only in the winter, I use mobile AC in the summer to cool the various rooms being used to help cut down on cost etc. The furnace on the otherhand serves the entire home and thus the need for large filters. Filterbuy is always there, maybe too much sometimes via emails.....but hey, it works!

I ordered 3, 5"x16x25" filters. Every one of them was bent/crushed in on both sides... THE box they came in was fine and showed no evidence of rough handling. so the damaged filters were packed on purpose and sent. They should still work, but cannot be straightened so some air will pass through without being filterd. DIsappointed

I will be installing soon. Pricing for the same quality filter and MERV rating was considerably less expensive both on line and in big box stores.

Filters arrived damaged and had to be re-sent. The damage seems to be from shipping so would recommend better protective packaging or changing carriers.

I bought the 16x25x4 from another retailer only to find they just wouldn't work, even with foam tape, for my Carrier furnace. I put in my furnace carrier, and your 16x25x5 filter was perfect...just added some strips of 1/4x1/2 foam tape for a sug fit top and bottom. Thank you!!

When I ordered the filters 16/ 25/15 I did not see the actual size as apparently you have different actual sizes so I had to reorder and was charged more then I originally paid which I think is not right. The gal on the phone was very polite but still don’t think I should have been charged more.

The Filterbuy, American made furnace filters are of notable great quality. It's hard to quantify the air filtering efficiency but I believe our house is cleaner with the MERV13 filters. I will be back for more in a year.

These work well on my new furnace. They are much thicker than what the box stores offer.

I used to buy these filters through Amazon, not any more. These are a bit cheaper than Amazon (why give any more $ to Bezos) and the big BONUS....MADE IN USA...who knows where Bezos sub contracts out for his filters.....SPREAD the word...keep the prices good and keep making in USA....2 reasons to be customer for LIFE !

Products were slightly damaged during shipment on 1 corner of filters. Structural supports on fiilter's folds was minimal if not lacking. I guess it is adequate for the price.

We just moved to a new house and ordered the wrong size. I explained the situation and they said donate the ones I ordered and they’ll send me the right size. They said that’s a one time courtesy given the circumstances, but it was refreshing to deal with a real person and get that level of service. I’ve recommended them to they people that bought our old house and will continue to recommend them.

Great product and great service. My original order had a glitch and I originally received the wrong size. This is the 4th or 5th (at least) batch of these filters I’ve bought. Compared to the prior ones, they seem less stiff. After installed, the suction from air passing thru it distorts the filter significantly. The previous filters I’ve purchased obviously got dirty, but retained their shape much better.
