Five stars due to excellent customer service but filters were too large for my furnace

I’ve ordered filters online before but lost track of where I ordered them from and did not sign up for AutoShip. I decided to give Filter Buy a shot after doing some comparison shopping.
Filters arrived promptly and undamaged but when I went to change out the old filter the new one was too large for my Amana furnace. I had not measured the filter as I just had major ankle surgery and it was such a pain, literally, to get down to my furnace.

Customer service was excellent and supportive. They suggested I donate the filters I first received to a charity and promptly sent out new filters that arrived quickly.

Problem solved and customer satisfaction high!
