I ordered 16x25x5 filters but I did not realize that not all filters in this size range were the same. The company gave me a complete refund after I ordered the correct filters and just asked that I donate the unused ones. Amazing customer service! I have donated the filters to the local ReStore (Habitat for Humanity store). Honestly, they now have a customer for life because of this amazing service!
Filters are now exactly what I need (I also learned to make sure I check the exact measurements for this type of filter - so be sure to do the same).
