Placed an order and when I received them, they didn't fit. Not FilterBuy's fault. Turns out my old filters were not true to size. I e-mailed FilterBuy and explained to them what happened. I ask if I could exchange them for a smaller size. The company amazed me when they told me to donate the filters that did not fit and they would send me out another smaller set! Seriously, who does that!? FilterBuy does and I will continue to buy from them and you should too. They stand by their promise to make things right and then to donate??? Awesome job FilterBuy!

Just put my first one in so can't comment on the product yet. But appreciated the professional service I received from you. No, furnace filters aren't very exciting, but it is refreshing to deal with a company that takes pride in what they do. Hey, we can't all make space ships - but mundane things like filters are a necessity of modern life and an aggravation if they are poorly made and a hassle to get. We CAN make quality items in the USA! Thanks.
