The filter I needed was in stock both times I've ordered it and was shipped out quickly. The dimensions were exact so the filter was a tight fit but installation was easy both times. The filter is obviously good and because there's more surface area, the air handler fan doesn't work hard at all, also airflow through the filter is quiet. When I used the thinner filters, airflow noise was noticably higher and sometimes the system would trip off because the fan would work too hard. I'll be a repeat customer again when it's time to replace the filter in a few months.
