This is the 4th or 5th time ive ordered filters from filterbuy. I used to go local looking for filters but it was hit or miss on size and type. We have two units and rarely does anyone local have both sizes. So now i order them from filterbuy, the cost is less and they get to our home in two or three days. They sent the wrong filters a month ago (20x30x1) and i sent an email and they sent me new filters (20x25x1) the same day. Rather than requiring me to send the wrong filters back, they told me to give them away which i did, so no cost and no having to go to the UPS store.. Sorry if this sounds like an ad. It's a good company.
