The cost might be a little higher than the big box store pricing but they are high quality filters and you are having them delivered to your front door. The freight is already built in to the price so it's not an additional charge. I live pretty remote, so to drive to the nearest filter store, it's nearly an hour each way and you get to "enjoy" that big box store living. Lol
