I can not find odd sized filter for my new used home. I Found it here. And, an allergy filter at that! Thank you for producing odd sizes. And the fast, undamaged shipping.

I recently went on line to Filter Buy to purchase some 10 x 30 x 1 furnace filters. I mistakenly ordered 19 x 10 x1 filters. When I called Filter Buy, they told me not to worry and that the correct size would be on their way. That’s not all-the charge-just the difference in cost between the two sizes. Not only that, when I asked about returning the wrong size filters, they said, “Forget it, give them to charity.” Filter Buy went out of their way to correct MY mistake-it doesn’t get better than this.
