Great service

My filter is an odd size and they had the size. The filters seem to be very good but mostly the service was great. I somehow mixed my shipping and billing address and when I called they took care of the problem quickly and efficiently.

Filter Replacement Order 17x17

Website ordering process was easy. Ordered 4 17x17 filters. Prices are a little high for internet pricing but the option to save if you buy in bulk is helpful. Filters matched description on website and in described quality. Had one issue with receiving an extra box of filters I did not order but also was not charged for. Contacted company to report receiving an extra box by accident. Company replied with quick response, apologized for the inconvenience and requested I keep the extra filters at no charge. Unfortunately the extra filters are the wrong size but I appreciated the great customer service. I recommend this company for filter purchases.
