If you're shopping for a replacement furnace filter, don't overlook FilterBuy! I ordered 2 filters from them only to receive them damaged in shipment. I immediately contacted them (with photos) to inform them about the damage. Almost instantly, I received an apology from them and a message that replacements would be shipped to me, at no cost. Within less than an hour, I received notification that the replacements had been sent to UPS for delivery! This was a prime example of outstanding customer service! I was impressed.

The filters do an outstanding job of keeping dirt, dust, and other particulate matter out of my air handlers. They fit perfectly. Originally I had purchased off brand 16x25x4 filters but they were not the same size as Honeywell 16x25x4 and had gaps around the edges which allowed air to flow around them. These filters are the correct size for my air handler.
