Truly amazing customer service story: I attempted to order four custom fit air filters and somehow managed to order the wrong size (got the height right, but the wrong length - totally my fault). After receiving these incorrectly sized filters, I called customer service, explained my goof and they immediately said "No problem - we'll ship you the right size now at no charge. Please donate the incorrect filters to a local charity like Habitat For Humanity, etc. No need to ship them back and spend money on return postage. "
What?? Could this be true? Wow?!?
Last night, the new, correctly sized filters arrived. They are exactly what I needed. Excellent quality. I still can't believe how great they made me feel when I was the one at fault.
So I can tell you this - I am now a FilterBuy customer for life and will do all I can to repay their kindness and promote their business. They rock!
