I ordered a filter on January 3 and it was only delivered in the last few days. When it did not arrive earlier as anticipated, I called CSR and was informed that even though an email sent to me said it was shipped, in fact, is was not shipped. The CSR rep told me that there had been a labeling problem as I recall and I would receive an updated email by the end of the day indicating a new shipment. I did not get that email for another couple of days. So, all-in-all, not a pleasant initial experience.
