I had placed an order Sunday afternoon and by midday Monday the filters had arrived! Package was undamaged and filters were exactly what was needed

The materials that make the outer part of the filter are flimsy, not supporting the filter material very well and allowing the smuching during shipping. Spent a little time re shaping the filter part and it is working. Just dissapointed when I removed it from the shipping box.
