I think this was my fourth time ordering from Filterbuy. For some reason, when my filters arrive they were the wrong size, wrong Merve rating and wrong number of filters. But hey, mistakes happen. I emailed Filterbuy and was quickly contacted by Renee, She worked with me to straighten out the mistake and within a few days the correct filters were delivered to us. She was very friendly and efficient, and was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Renee for the very professional response to this situation.

All air filters have a nominal size and an actual size.
The nominal size is rounded up to the nearest whole or half inch, and printed in a larger font.
The actual size is an exact physical measurement of the filter, printed in a smaller font.

If your previous filter does not have dimensions printed on the frame, use a tape measure and record the length x width x depth. Then, round up to the nearest half inch to find the corresponding nominal size.
