Should have verified actual size I was replacing (20 x 25 x 4)
I had always purchased filters marked 20x25x4 at the big box store and they fit my unit just right. I did not check the actual size marked on the replacement filters I had purchased in the past. When I saw the actual size of the filters listed on the FilterBuy website, I assumed all 20x25x4 filters were undersized to fit the units they went into. When I got the filters in the mail and put it in, I realized that although the replacement filters I had been purchasing in the past were much closer in size to the filters listed as 20x25x5 (listed for Honeywell) on the FilterBuy website. Thought I had saved about $4-$5 each by purchasing 4 at a time, instead, I was only saving a dollar or so per filter.
