I have been Buying 1" filters from Filterbuy for many years and I believe they are the least restrictive media type I have found of all other brands of MERV 13 or equal filters. I am now using their 5" type Filters and even my A/C guy who only recommends 8 or 10 MERV max, verified the 1 Filterbuy 5" I had purchased to try was ok to use when he was here doing 6 mos. followup maintenance and static tests for air flow on our new system. So I had recently purchased two more since they are less expensive that way, and unfortunately they were both smashed in transit first time that has ever happened with all my previous orders. So I took pictures to send to Filterbuy and contacted Customer Service to obtain a return shipping RMA. I received two replacements promptly today no problem. Great Product and Great Company!

I ordered the wrong sized filters and the customer service was AMAZING!! They sent me out new filters next day air. This was totally my error and they fixed it with no questions asked. I will not buy with anyone else! I highly recommend this company for any filter needs.
