To be honest, to me a filter is a filter. Just so long as it does its job. What was outstanding was the customer service. It's an odd sized filter to begin with, but they had it in stock and shipped right away. When the package was damaged in delivery, all I had to do was send an email and they immediately took care of it. Sadly, it seems like customer service is a thing of the past these days, but not with this company!
