We had a new heat pump installed along with the 2” filter option. Am hoping that that improves filtration. The installer was not able to get the 2” thick filters from his supplier so he put in a single row of 1” filters. So we looked at the FilterBuy website since we previously purchased from them. We ordered a dozen of the correct sized filters and opted for the MERV 11 rather than 8. The shipment arrived at our door the next day!! They have been in use for a month now and plan to check them in another month to see how they are performing. I expect great results based on previous experience with them.
