I ordered the wrong size. I received a credit so I could buy the right size! We love that the filter is a true 3-month filter. Sturdy and efficient at trapping particulates. Best of all... we were told to donate the filters we could not use. It only took an e-mail and a brief follow-up phone call. Awesome company.
