After my downstairs furnace conked out and I finally got it working again by installing a 3-part repair kit and cleaning its 2 air filters (one electronic and 1 metal mesh screen), I though it might be prudent to check on my upstairs furnace. Sure enough, its filter was also way overdue for replacement. Problem was that the existing filter was duct taped into place at one end because it was too small. But this just let the other end pivot into the air flow so it was at a 45 degree angle and did nothing. This filter was installed by the house builder and they obviously took a short cut. So I carefully measured the opening and found that Filterbuy did have a 12.75" tall by 21" deep filter that fit perfectly! I am so happy to have both furnaces working properly now! I ordered 12 of the filters and will inspect the furnaces quarterly. I have enough filters to last 2 years in the worst case. I cannot praise Filterbuy enough for having such a rich collection of filter sizes.
