I was so surprised with how quickly I received my order, only to find that I'd ordered the wrong size. I was so disappointed because I'd waited until the weekend to open the box, and thought I would have to wait until Monday to call and fix my issue. That was so not the case, I was able to call in on Saturday explain my error and they quickly had a new order ready to be shipped out to me at no extra cost. I was completely satisfied not just with their product but shipping and customer service as well! I will be a long time customer for sure.
