I‘m impressed how quickly the selected filters were delivered to my address.

The filters work in my residential filter box. They have wire in the media to keep the folds from all sticking together. A few of the folds get stuck together anyway and can't be separated. Lots of surface area anyway.

The incorrect filters where received due to mislabeling on the website and on the filters. However, customer service agent Roselle was excellent in helping to resolve the mix up. Her email responses were quick and she followed up. I received the correct filters in two days after they were reordered.

I'm very happy to have received these and have been ordering these from Filter Buy for a few years. I continue to be a good customer of Filter Buy and recommend their service Highly.

Second order with Filterbuy. Both orders arrived damaged in transit. Their idea of throwing filters in oversized cardboard boxes with no additional packaging materials is an absolute joke. FedEx or UPS throws around boxes for a living. It's almost impossible to receive an undamaged product from them. In addition, their filters have averaged far less hour time usage than advertised. A 6-month filter really lasts about 4 months in a home we built 2 years ago.

The filters were sent; they fit; they are well made; and they are now working to filter out the various dust mites, dog hairs, and grungy stuff. Filter is oversized and does not fit the space as required. Space requires 20x20x5 filter. Filter as received is larger than 20” by 1/4” in one direction and 3/4” in other direction. Filter does not fit in the AHU. Very disappointed

Very pleased with filters, but finding them on Filterbuy website very difficult. Had to have support send me link as this size did not show when looking by size (5") or any other method I could find. The only 5" sizes that showed were 20x25x5 & 16x25x5.

It is always strange to review products right after you buy them--it is too soon to know. All I can really say is that this company shipped relatively quickly and the filters arrived in good condition and fit properly. I tried another company but they shipped the wrong filter type and also for some reason the filters arrived damaged-twice. I finally gave up on that company, except for another filter where the exact size is critical. Filterbuy once shipped filters that did not fit, due to some confusion on the size on their website. It is really critical that you measure the old filter and have the replacement filter company swear on a stack of Bibles that their replacement is the exact same size (or maybe slightly smaller). If the replacement is only a tiny bit bigger you won't be able to cram it in.Except that the thickness is usually quite a bit less than the nominal size and that is OK. In the case of this so-called 20 x 20 x 5 (inches) filter, the thickness is actually 4-3/8 inches, which is what it is supposed to be. Super confusing.

Ordered filters that I need and received them in only a few days at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend Filterbuy for your filters you need. Mine were 20x20x5 , not so easy to find at big box stores.

Had an electronic filter that went out in our HVAC unit. The mechanical tech suggested to replace with a 5" thick high efficiency cleaning filter. That meant we didn't have to rebuild the ductwork and buy a new electronic filter. The honeywell merv 13 is the one we chose and it's a great filter.

The filters purchased would not fit the Trane air conditioner installed. The size stated 20x20x5 was correct , but was way to large to fit the unit. Discharged them to the trash.

Our filter register requires a true 20"x20"x5" and the filters shipped are 1/4" or so smaller, allowing for the filter to let air pass by the filter, so debris and unfiltered air passes back through the air handler. Not good. I will cancel my business.

I was able to purchase the filters I needed at a reasonable price and they were delivered quickly.

After contacting the company about sending them back, received B.S. Ups wanted a couple hundred dollars to send them back. The company would not credit my account without me paying to ship them back. My order was $105., why would anyone spend $200. to get back $105.? I will never do business with this company again!

I have not used these if they are different from those I have previously purchased. However I did have trouble getting your program to allow me to place just a single shipment of three rather than the continuous shipment,

I searched 20X20X5 filters on the website, assuming that the labeled size would be the actual size. When I went to insert the filter, the actual size was quite a bit larger and it wouldn't go in. I think it needs to be made a little clearer on the website that written size isn't always the true size. To their credit, the customer service rep at Filterbuy explained to me that each manufacturer measures them slightly differently, and to search by make/model in future. I was offered an exchange or credit, which I greatly appreciated. I ended up purchasing a filter elsewhere, but might consider Filterbuy in future due to great customer service. However, be warned to check your sizing before finalizing your order!!

So I bought the right size 20x20x5 Merv 13 but they do not fit me heater. In small print on the size of the filter it indicates the actual measurements are larger. Way to make buy filters really miserable.

Apparently 20x20x5 isn’t 20x20x5. I ordered two of these and they don’t fit. One got torn when i attempted to get it into the HVAC unit. The other one is still sitting in it’s packaging. Very disappointed. Complete waste of money!!

Filters are the proper dimensions, as well constructed as other brands I’ve purchased. I have no way to evaluate the filter material other than note it looks the same as my previous filters. Will likely continue to purchase these in the future— I just want a consistent source of good product.
