The filters I purchased were the most affordable that I could find online and they were great quality as well. Unfortunately, the same week that I purchased them was the same week that my furnace decided to die. When I emailed customer service to explore my options in returning or exchanging them, they were beyond accommodating. I will definitely continue to purchase all of my air filters through them.
